Prices are set in US dollars. Amounts in hryvnia and euro are approximate, at the official National Bank of Ukraine rate on 18.09.2026 (1 $ = 44.66 UAH, 1 € = 51.24 UAH). The payment is charged in hryvnia at the bank rate on the day of payment.
The method
What Gravity Stretching is
Gravity presses on us all the time: hours at a desk and on a phone push the spine together. In a gentle hang on the lianas it works the other way round - it starts to lengthen us. A spinal disc is like a sponge full of water: take the pressure off, give it a stretch - and it soaks up again. We do not force the body, we persuade it: through sensation, breathing and relaxation.
Decompress
Your own bodyweight in the hang unloads the spine and joints. Space comes back, pressure comes off.
Release
Gentle positions open the hips, shoulders and back. Pain is a signal to stop, exhale and relax - not something to push through.
Restore
Breathing and slow movement bring mobility back, class after class. Regularity matters more than intensity.

Gravity Pro kit
Complete set: 8 suspension loops, 4 adjustable lianas, 8 carabiners, finger and toe loops, foot stirrups, a 12.5 m climbing rope, 2 fixation clamps and a mesh backpack, with instructional videos. Built for instructors and deep practice.
Suspension lianas
A set of 4 lianas (150 cm each) plus 4 fixation loops (100 cm each) - the exact hanging height for every exercise.
Neck support cap
Neoprene head support with two carabiners, an adjustable liana and shock-absorbing elastic. For gentle neck work; the exercise is done seated, with no bodyweight on the neck.
Comfort stirrups
Foot supports in hygienic material, universal size, sold per pair - comfortable from a child to the largest adult foot.
Hand finger loops
Five-finger hand loops with a locking mechanism and soft webbing, sold per pair. Ordered separately, not part of a kit.
Foot toe loops
Self-tightening toe loops in soft webbing, sold per pair. Ordered separately, not part of a kit.
Payment, delivery, returns
How it works
- Choose a class or equipment and leave your name, contact, country and city.
- Pay on the secure monobank payment page: Visa, Mastercard from any country, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
- We contact you within one business day to agree on the class time or delivery.
- We practise on Zoom or ship the equipment to your country.
Payment
Payments are accepted by sole proprietor (FOP) Shevchenko Yurii Mykolaiovych via monobank internet acquiring (JSC UNIVERSAL BANK, Ukraine). Card details are entered only on the bank page; we never see or store them. Prices are in US dollars, the charge is made in hryvnia at the bank rate on the day of payment.
Equipment delivery
We ship across Ukraine and abroad. After payment we contact you and agree on the carrier, cost and delivery time for your country. Delivery is paid separately at the carrier's rates.
Returns
Equipment of proper quality can be returned within 14 days if it has not been used and is in original condition. If a class did not take place through our fault, we reschedule it or refund you in full. Money is returned to the same card. Details: return policy.

Good to know
Are the classes really live?
Yes. The coach leads the class on Zoom, sees you and guides you the whole time. After payment we contact you, agree on the time and send the link.
Do I need equipment to start?
No. You can take your first classes with simple support at home, and the coach will tell you what you need next. Or the other way round: order the equipment first, then we run a class and help you set everything up.
Which countries can I join and order from?
Any. Classes are online and we pick a time that fits your time zone. We ship equipment across Ukraine and abroad. Most of our clients live outside Ukraine, so payments with foreign cards are our normal flow.
Is this a medical service?
No. Gravity Stretching is a wellness practice for mobility and recovery, not a medical service. We do not diagnose or prescribe treatment. We start gently and gradually, listen to the body, and never work through pain.
Where are you located?
The seller is sole proprietor (FOP) Shevchenko Yurii Mykolaiovych, Pavlohrad, Dnipropetrovsk region, Ukraine. Classes take place online on Zoom. A Gravity Stretching method studio also operates in Bali (Canggu).
