Public offer

1. General
1.1. This document is an official public offer of sole proprietor (FOP) Shevchenko Yurii Mykolaiovych (the Seller) to conclude a contract for the sale of goods and/or provision of services on the terms below, under Articles 633, 641 and 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.
1.2. The contract is concluded at the moment of acceptance: payment for an order on ua.gravitystretching.pro (the Site). Payment means the Buyer's full and unconditional agreement with this offer.
2. Subject
2.1. The Seller provides online classes and online consultations in the Gravity Stretching method (the Services) and sells equipment for practice (the Goods). The list, descriptions and prices are shown on the Site.
2.2. The Services are a wellness practice. They are not medical services, diagnosis or treatment. The Buyer assesses their own state of health and is responsible for the decision to take part.
3. Price and payment
3.1. Prices on the Site are set in US dollars. Amounts in hryvnia and euro on the Site are approximate. Payment is charged in hryvnia at the bank rate on the day of payment.
3.2. Payment is made by bank card via monobank internet acquiring (JSC UNIVERSAL BANK) on the bank's secure payment page. The Seller does not receive or store card details.
3.3. Delivery of Goods is not included in the price, is agreed with the Buyer before shipment and is paid separately at the carrier's rates.
3.4. The Seller is a single tax payer of group 2 and is not a VAT payer.
4. Provision of services
4.1. Online classes and consultations are held live via Zoom. After payment the Seller contacts the Buyer using the contact from the request form, agrees on the date and time and sends the link.
4.2. Paid classes from a pack are used at times agreed by the parties. A membership is valid for one month from the date of the first class and does not renew automatically.
4.3. The Buyer needs a device with a camera and internet access.
5. Delivery of goods
5.1. Goods are shipped across Ukraine and abroad. The carrier, cost and estimated delivery time are agreed with the Buyer after payment and before shipment.
5.2. Customs duties and fees of the destination country, if any, are paid by the Buyer.
5.3. Title and risk of accidental damage pass to the Buyer when the Goods are received from the carrier.
6. Returns
6.1. The terms for returning Goods and refunding Services are set out on the Return policy page, which is an integral part of this offer.
7. Liability
7.1. The parties are liable under the laws of Ukraine.
7.2. The Buyer uses the equipment according to the instructions and the coach's recommendations. The Seller is not liable for the consequences of improper use.
7.3. The parties are released from liability for failure to perform caused by force majeure, including hostilities, for the duration of such circumstances.
8. Personal data
8.1. By submitting a request on the Site the Buyer agrees to the processing of personal data under the privacy policy.
9. Disputes
9.1. Disputes are resolved by negotiation. Send claims to yur4542288@gmail.com; we reply within 10 business days. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is considered under the laws of Ukraine.
