Equipment

• Equipment of proper quality can be returned within 14 days of receipt if it has not been used and its original condition, completeness and packaging are preserved (Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection").
• If the equipment has a defect or arrived damaged, write to us with photos. We will replace the item or refund you, and we pay for delivery in that case.
• Return shipping for goods of proper quality is paid by the buyer.

Online classes and consultations

• If a class did not take place through our fault, we reschedule it to a time that suits you or refund you in full, your choice.
• If you change your mind before your first class, we refund the full amount.
• Unused classes from a pack are refunded pro rata: the amount paid minus the classes held at the single-class price.
• You can reschedule a class by telling us at least 12 hours before it starts.

How to request a return

1. Write to yur4542288@gmail.com or call +380734542288: your name, payment date, what you are returning and why.
2. For equipment we will give you the return shipping address.
3. Money is returned to the same card used for payment within 7 days after we receive the item or confirm the refund for a service. The crediting time depends on the bank that issued the card.
